Ontario Disability Support Program Appeals.
Appear before the Social Benefits Tribunal regarding appeals from the Director, Disability Adjudication Unit

Andreas Solomos has helped may applicants with their ODSP appeals and demonstrated a high success rate.
You could have been refused because ODSP thinks you do not qualify financially or because the DAU does not believe you have a disability. In either case you can appeal to the Social Benefits Tribunal (SBT). The SBT is independent from ODSP and the DAU. It has the power to make a different decision.
But first you must write to the office that made the decision and ask for an internal review. An internal review means that a different person reviews the original decision and decides whether or not to change it.

  Canada Pension Plan Appeals
If your application for Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability benefits has been denied you have the right to appeal. Doing so with the guidance of Andreas Solomos can ensure a smooth process and that you comply with all the procedural deadlines. The Canada Pension Plan is administered by the Federal Government. The department responsible for CPP benefits is Human Resources and Social Development Canada. CPP operates in every province except Quebec. The CPP is made up of different divisions which are responsible for different benefits.

The CPP Appeal Process is a three stage process:
1.The first stage of the CPP Appeal process is the reconsideration which is conducted by the HRSDC ministry.
2.The second stage of the CPP Appeal process is conducted by the Office of the Commissioner and involves an appeal of the HRSDC reconsideration decision.
3.The third stage of the CPP Appeal process is conducted by the Pensions Appeal Board. The Pension Appeals Board is the final opportunity for appeal under the CPP. Pension Appeals Board hearings are not automatic and claimants or the Minister must request "leave to appeal".

  Insurance Claims
If insurance companies do not honour their obligations to pay long-term disability benefits, life insurance proceeds, medical costs, fire insurance and other policies, you are entitled to file a claim to enforce the terms of the policy.

   Motor Vehicle Accidents
You can be compensated for pain and suffering, income loss, medical and other expenses from the person responsible for your injuries

  Accident Benefit Claims
If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, you are entitled to accident benefits, even if the accident is your fault. You can get income replacement benefits, necessary therapy, housekeeping, attendant care benefits and any home modifications to which you may be entitled.

  Product Liability
You have a legal right to be compensated for any harm or losses that occur as a result of a dangerous or unsafe product that caused you injuries or damages.
